I had a great stay overall at this hotel, with spacious rooms that basked in natural light, but did find that the pictures I saw initially didn’t quite match what I got. The service was mostly helpful, especially when organizing a boat cruise for us, but some staff seemed a bit disinterested. The location was perfect for watching the sunset right from my balcony; it really was beautiful and convenient. Dining left a bit to be desired, especially for breakfast, which felt like it could use some variety and better temperature control.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is truly fantastic, right in the heart of Imerovigli with stunning sunset views. However, the room left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness, and I found the €300 a night rate quite steep for what was offered. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which was a definite plus.
